Comparing the scale of 40K figures to the scale Starcraft Figures.

I received an inquiry about comparing Starcraft figures in terms of scale to Warhammer 40K figures. In general, the Starcraft pieces are smaller then a typical 40K Soldier. Though unlike 40K, there is no consistent scale between the Starcraft figures. While the Terran marine is much smaller then a 40K Space Marine, the Zerg Ultralisk(which should be much larger then a typical Siege Tank) is comparable in figure size to a Tyranid Genestrealer. A Terran Battlecruiser is similar size to the Protoss Carrier, neither is much bigger then the standard 30mm 40K figure.
