What You Need

To re-attach a Mechwarrior figure to its base, you need the following:
The figure and its base
A hobby knife
A file
Some plastic or super glue.
Step 1 - Clean the Base

Start by removing any bits of glue or plastic from the base. Use short strokes with the hobby knife. Be very careful to not scrape off any part of the firing arc or stats. A slight slip of the knife is quite good at doing this....
You might be able to use a file to remove this paint and plastic, but be careful as it is even easier to remove the starts/arc using a file.
Step 2 - Clean the Feet of the Figure

Using the file, remove any old glue or paint from the feet of the figure.
Step 3 - Remove the Clix Dial from the Base
)
It would be really bad to have the Clix Dial glued in place, so before gluing the figure back to its base, separate the Clix Dial from the base.
Step 4 - Glue the Figure Back to the Base
)
Now, place some glue onto the feet of the figure and stick it back to the base. You might want to fit the figure on the base before applying glue to make sure that no stats are covered up. Allow the figure to dry before re-attaching the Clix Base
